EnergyLab rims have been built for a specific purpose and will stand behind their guarantee when used for their intended purpose.The Lab Test warranty is your protection against unforeseen manufacturing defects.Damage or degradation done to our products due to use in abusive conditions, because we are Canadian winter climates and salted road causing oxidation perforation, improper maintenance and accidents are not covered by the warranty.

Normal wear items are part of the annual maintenance, which is required from your local bike shop or place of purchase. Bearing, skews, spokes, anodizing are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.

  • EnergyLab Terms

EnergyLab warranties its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.This warranty will not cover damages caused by the use of parts of different manufacturers that are not compatible, suitable and authorized by EnergyLab Sports. Register within 30 days with proof of purchase and receive year five of the Warranty for the original owner.

NOTE: Purchases OnLine will Automatially Receive the 5 Year Warranty Program for the original owner.

This warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable.Original dated proof of purchase is required and a credit card or other statement does not constitute proof of purchase.

 

JRA Warranty -"Just Riding Along Warranty" We also call it the "Customer 1st Policy."

We will cover 50% of the MSRP part replacement. Repairs can quickly be sent back to us or we can work with your favourite bike shop anywhere in Canada.  

It can happen that you will have an accident and the entire story is not communicated to the Shop Warranty Manager. We often know details are missing when we receive the warranty information. EnergyLab wants you back on the road as fast as possible. most importantly, we need to know all the information good, bad or otherwise so we can correctly log the technical history for advanced product development.

Tell the Warranty Manager the entire story.... "I drove into the garage and forgot...ouch." Bring everything you can back to the shop including bent spokes and broker pieces. From that we are going to help you out the best we can to see you safely riding on the road.

 

Customer 1st, means we will get you back on the road ASAP even if we have to cover half the cost of replacing your wheels... We want you to be Positive Energy Customers for LIFE!

Safe Return Process

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to any product directly to Energy Lab. A Return Authorization number will be provided and must be visible on the outside of the package when shipped.

The product should be cleaned and securely packed to prevent damage during shipping and must be accompanied by a letter specifying or including the following items:

1) Copy of receipt or proof of date of purchased

2) Bike shop name and phone number if service work was completed

3) PLEASE remove all accessory items, including tires, tubes, rim tape, cassettes, skewers, computer magnets, etc. If you fail to remove these items, we are not responsible if they are lost or damaged.

4) Your name, phone number, email and return shipping address.

 

Return & Exchange Purchases

Online purchase returned must happen within 30 days of purchase and require an RA# to be received safely and correctly. 

a) Products that are used and show any signs can not be returned or exchanged.

b) Shipping costs for the shipment on the original purchase will be charged prior to credit or refund. If the purchase was granted Free Shipping the cost will be calculated and applied against to the refund/credit on average is $80 per set of wheels in Canada. 

c) If there are other discounts or credits applied to the purchase they will be adjusted against the refund/credit.

d) Return shipping is the resonsiblity of the customer and Loss or Damage is the customer responsiblity when doing a Return Shipment. EnergyLab can provide a shipping label for the return and will be charged to your credit card prior to sending the return label. 

 

e) Any parts missing when Returned shipment will be noted with the Customer and adjusted off the refund/credit.

 

 

Limitations of Liability

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from province, state or Country. In no event shall EnergyLab, it’s representatives or retailers be liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect or direct damages or personal injury due to their use unless this warranty agreement is inconsistent with the local law.If this warranty agreement is inconsistent with local law, the warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with the local law.All claims or disputes under this warranty agreement shall be contested in the courts of Calgary, Alberta Canada.
